ARTRA

ARTRA is a new art brand officially launched by the China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF) in 2023. ARTRA commissions and produces interactive works from around the world integrating performing arts and visual arts, while working with active art creators to continuously facilitate in-depth dialogues and promote development between these two art fields.

Guided by the dual engines of 'continuity and upgrade", ARTRA 2025 further deepens the boundless integration of performing and

visual arts. Meanwhile, it places greater emphasis on the innovative fusion of art and technology,consistently conveying the brand's core philosophy of "new spaces, new audiences, new formats." This edition will feature the cross - disciplinary work Tangent by Shiro Takatani/Dumb Type, integrating visual art and sound experimentation; the avant-garde dance company Lucy Guerin Inc. and Matthias Schack-Arnott will present the performance installation Pendulum; Daito Manabe and ELEVENPLAY will jointly stage the performance +1+1+1+;along with the public project "Global Talk: Visual, Performance and FestivalArts."
