In 2023, The 22nd China Shanghai International Arts Festival Closing Forum and the 78th Jiefang Daily Cultural Forum — was held at the Shanghai Grand Theatre. Centered on the theme “Art Empowering a Global City of Humanities,” the event brought together guests from the fields of arts, theatre, music, dance, and film for exchange and dialogue. A number of artists and industry representatives, including Xi Meijuan, Yu Long, Zhang Jun, Ji Pingping, and Chen Liaoyu, shared insights and engaged in discussions on topics such as urban cultural development, international communication, and artistic creation.
