The Arts Education Joint Conference of the Network of Silk Road Arts Festivals is one of the forum series of the China Shanghai International Arts Festival. Since its inception in 2017, the forum has attracted participation from major domestic and international art schools, arts festivals, and arts institutions. Its primary focus has been on promoting mutual learning, collaboration, and innovation in cultural and arts projects, talent cultivation, and arts education concepts, while providing a platform for nurturing and incubating young international arts talents.

In 2023, the forum continued its open approach and strong resource integration capabilities, engaging in meaningful discussions on emerging developments in the field of arts education. The forum explored new pathways for the development of arts education in the new era, based on the integration of artistic practice and theoretical research.
