Founded in 1927, the International Chopin Piano Competition is one of the most prestigious events in the world of classical music. Many past laureates have gone on to become internationally acclaimed piano masters. The 19th edition of the competition will be held in October 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. Immediately following the competition, the “2025 Chopin Competition Winner World Tour” will make its China debut in Shanghai this November, with a highly anticipated appearance at the Jaguar Shanghai Symphony Hall.
On the evening of November 28, the newly crowned First Prize winner will present a solo recital, offering audiences a chance to experience their distinctive artistry. On November 29, the Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists will share the stage for the very first time, delivering a dazzling piano gala that celebrates youth and talent.
