The Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble is a professional Chinese chamber music ensemble from Hong Kong, China. Focusing on the artistic characteristics of “the most traditional, the most contemporary; small but elegant, simple but refined”, the ensemble demonstrates the beautiful and diverse Hong Kong folk music culture with a new look. This concert takes the theme of “Soundscape of the Southern”, making major efforts in the fusion of traditional and contemporary local music in Hong Kong.
