The Russian Moscow City Classical Ballet Theatre was established in 1995, committed to inheriting the Russian classical ballet tradition. This gala is a selection of the most representative extracts from the history of ballet, covering pas seul, pas de deux, grand pas, group dance, and more dance types. Aside from classical extracts from Swan Lake, which is well known in China, there are also rarer extracts such as The Dying Swan and 4 Little Swans. The performance is led by famous ballerina Oksana Bondareva, alongside over 40 other dancers.
