Conductor Andris Nelsons will once again join the Vienna Philharmonic to present The Vienna Sound to Shanghai audiences. As one of the world’s premier classical music ensembles, the Vienna Philharmonic is renowned globally for its unique sound and outstanding artistic expression. The concert will be presented over two nights: the first night will focus on classic symphonies by Shostakovich and Dvořák, while the second night will feature Beethoven’s Symphony No.3 and Richard Strauss’s Ein Heldenleben (A Hero's Life). Pianist Yefim Bronfman will deliver a compelling performance of Beethoven’s concerto, highlighting the profound and powerful essence of heroism.
