In the unprecedented times of the global COVID-19, The Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival regrets to inform that the 22nd China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF), originally scheduled to be held from 16 October to 15 November 2020, will be postponed to launch its delivery during the same time period in 2021.

As the only state-level multidisciplinary international arts festival in China, CSIAF receives close attention and strong support from all walks of life at home and abroad over the past two decades. Also, caring, support and help has been continuously given from the global performing arts industry in the face of our common challenge. Taking this opportunity, the CSIAF Organizing Committee would like to express our sincere gratitude as well as our deepest regret for any inconvenience that may have caused by the postponement of the festival.
