The year 2023.This year marks the first time Weifang has participated in the China Shanghai International Arts Festival as a parallel session. The event will bring together outstanding art performances from both domestic and international artists, expanding its themes to embrace a global perspective, high-quality artistic characteristics, and local features. Performances include solo concerts by Angela Gheorghiu and Plácido Domingo and a concert by Zubin Mehta and the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to bringing in high-quality stage performances, the event will combine with the 8th Weifang Citizen Culture Festival to organize outdoor "Art Space" series performances and various social and cultural exhibitions.
