Arts Plus Program organizes art training activities at home and abroad intended to enhance artistic level, broaden the international platform and promote communication and cooperation of international art and culture.

 “Silkroad Expression” Sino-Polish Dance Summer Camp, Shanghai- Hong Kong Youth Art Exchange Program and many other activities. “Silkroad Expression” Sino-Polish Dance Summer Camp organized by the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival and the Poland Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre selects teenagers to participate in dancing courses and performing together with local youngsters. Shanghai- Hong Kong Youth Art Exchange Program is jointly hosted by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hongkong SAR and the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival. During China Shanghai International Arts Festival and Hongkong World Cultural Festival, young students recruited and organized from both cities are going to watch a selection of performances, make artistic comments, join in salons and leave literary criticism.
