Shanghai International Puppet Festival and Competition is an international puppet exchange activity approved by Ministry of Culture of PRA. Its theme is innovation and exchange. The tenet is to be stick on serving children, highlight commonwealth, strength social responsibility. The aim is to lead the Shanghai and Chinese puppet career to a prosperous future.
