Li Ming, Vice President of the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival. He is in charge of Performance & Exhibition, Resources Development Dept., Ticket Office and Rising Artists’ Work, etc. He is also in charge of Shanghai Cultural Exchange Company, LTD., a subsidiary of CSIAF.

Li Ming has long been engaged in domestic and foreign performances, performances repertoire creation, domestic and international repertoire tour, large-scale cultural events organization, etc. During the period from 2004 to 2009, Li Ming has served as general manager of City Dance Company Limited Shanghai. From 2009 to 2012, he has served as chief operating officer in Shanghai City Performing Arts Company Limited .In the meantime, he organized the large original acrobatic ballet Swan Lake, Farewell to My Concubine, A dream of Red Mansions, original symphonic work Shanghai image, large cross stage show Sea Dream of Nutcracker, etc. During the World Expo in 2010, the company was designated as the Expo recommended service provider, and has operated nearly 500 Expo cultural activities and theater performances. 

From 2004, he has hosted The fourth China Dance Lotus Award (ballet, dance poem) competition, the National Theatre Of China Shanghai drama week, the third and fourth session of China Shanghai International Ballet Competition, the Music Collection in China's Shanghai World Expo and other major performances and events. At the same time, he has given remarkable results in various countries around the world of dramas, dances, acrobatics, concerts and other areas of large concerts, successfully acted over hundreds of performances. 

Li Ming, having been vice president of the China Shanghai International Arts Festival Center since 2012. He is responsible for the Development Center of the Arts Festival, the Ministry of Resources Development, Ticketing Department, the Young Artists Plan. At the same time, he is in charge of the center’s overall cultural exchange to the foreign countries, performing arts festival project operations and undertaking other performing arts projects.

Gong Yi has been long engaged in foreign affairs exchange and management work, and owns abundant experience in terms of large diplomatic and international exchange events. From 2002 to 2017, he served in the Sister Cities Division, Asian and Oceanian Affairs Division, Protocol Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, as well as the Japanese Affairs Division of the Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Foreign Affairs Division of Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film & TV. During the same period, he was also actively involved in receiving foreign political figures of numerous large-scale events, including the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, UN Conference on Poverty Reduction and Opening Ceremony of Special Olympics in Shanghai, foreign guests’ visit to Shanghai at 2008 Beijing Olympics, Opening & Closing Ceremony of 2010 Shanghai Expo as well as the National Pavilion Day activities held by the foreign countries of Finland、 Ireland and Thailand,Conference of 2014 on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, Meeting of Heads of Government of Central and Eastern European Countries and China, G20 Finance Ministers and Central bank Governors' Meeting, the Meeting of China-UK High-level People- to- People Dialogue,etc.; accompanied the leadership team of Shanghai in visit trips to bid for World Expo, attend the 2005 World Exposition, Aichi, Japan and other activities. From 2000 to 2001, he had been working in the Mayor’s Office of Osaka City Government for one year. He initiates the work in the Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival since June, 2017.

Gong Yi has obtained Bachelor's Degree in Japanese from Shanghai International Studied University, and Master’s Degree in International Relations from Fudan University.
