It can be called as “the most legendary and internationally epoch-making top ballet.” The work, The Serenade by the New York City Ballet, is the first original work of Balanchine in the United States, a milestone in the history of dance; and Stravinsky’s Violin Concerto shows Balanchine’s two exquisite and unique masterpieces of pas de deux; the one-act ballet Swan Lake interpretes this classical “hopeless love” with the limited length, revealing a touch of sadness in the noble and exquisite.
