On the evening of November 6, the opening ceremony of the 20th China Shanghai International Arts Festival Parallel Session in Hefei and the British BBC Concert Orchestra Concert were held at the Hefei Grand Theatre.      

Luo Yi, deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai International Art Festival Organizing Committee and deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television, attended the opening ceremony of the Parallel Session in Hefei and delivered a speech. He said that the Parallel Session in Hefei as an important part of the festival to build the "integration mechanism of the Yangtze River Delta cultural linkage" has far-reaching significance. It is expected that both parties can sum up successful experiences, strengthen exchanges and communicates, innovate cooperation mechanisms, benchmark higher standards, further improve the level and quality of the Parallel Session in Hefei, and strive to become an excellent model for the cultural linkage development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
