One of the flagships of South American modern dance, Tania Dance Company was set up by Tania Perez-Salas, a prominent Mexican dancer and choreographer, who has won awards in Mexico's National Dance Competition, the Paris International Dance Competition and many other competitions at home and abroad. Her passionate and strikingly contagious choreography endow the company with a unique artistic style, and are also coveted by acclaimed companies and festivals such as the National Dance Company of Mexico and the Beinaale de la Danse in Lyon, etc. Under her leadership, the Tania Dance Company has been invited to tour in dozens of countries in Americas and Europe, and has attended many other ceremonious cultural events.
