The epic-like Huaiju opera "Han Fei" shows an incisive insight into the paradoxical relations between the great Chinese philosopher Han Fei and King of the Qin State Ying Zheng, who later conquered six neighboring states including Hans and became the First Emperor of China by adopting the strategy initiated by Han Fei.

Directed by the state-level director Shen Bin, the play intrigues todays audience by its refined performance style, grabbing plots and enticing melody. Award-winning Huaiju opera artist Liang Weiping plays the title role.
