The drama focuses on a story of a family of railways where three generations devoted their youth and life to the Chinese railway industry. The 90-year-old Zhao Longshan is one of China’s first generation train drivers. His sons, Zhao Tiezhu and Zhao Tiehan, inherited their father to join the first force to manufacture EMU. The third generation Zhao Dagang and Cheng Huaying became the major pillar to production and research & development of China’s first Renaissance EMU. The members of the railway family overcame various difficulties, and under the appealing of the great era, they successfully bring forth the first Renaissance EMU and at the meantime, they realized self-actualization.
