The story begins in the 1990s. Therewas an old-fashioned district of lanes and alleys called Starlight Lane, which underwent various drastic changes in the tide of reform and was slowly transformed into a fashionable and vibrant urban area. Growing from playmates in childhood to young adults respectively, the protagonists of the musical drifted apart with the transformation of the old district and the development of the times, but they have not changed their love for music and their assiduous pursuit of dreams. Taking music as the carrier, this musical reflects the changes and development of cities after the reform and opening up.
