From October 19th,2018, come experience the Festival that illuminates Shanghai’s urban spirit.
The 20th China Shanghai International Arts Festival coincides with the 40th anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up. We live in a world in which the irresistible force of globalization impacts economics, politics and ideology, arts and culture, lifestyles, technology, the military, security, and philosophy. Within the constant dynamic flux of multi-polar international relationships, arts and culture promote mutual understanding, creativity, and collaborative harmony.
The 20th China Shanghai International Arts Festival Forums, ‘New Perspectives, New Considerations, New Generations: Arts and Culture in the 21st Century,’ will be held from October 19 -November 22, 2018. Forums and Festival workshops will explore the new creative dynamism uniting Shanghai, China, the new Silk Road, and beyond.
