The Grand and Majestic Righteousness:Wen Sui Hu Memorial Exhibition of Fine Calligraphy Art

Mr. Wen Sui Hu(1918-1999), is a prominent contemporary Chinese calligrapher and calligraphy educator. He was a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a board member of the Shanghai Calligraphers Association, a member of the Shanghai Research Institute of Culture and History, a Class-A Artist of the Shanghai Chinese Painting Institute and a member of the Eighth CPPCC of Shanghai. He was best at regular script, semi-cursive script, cursive script. His works are vigorous and dignified, magnificent, strong, precipitous and straightforward. 

In order to celebrate the 100th birthday of Mr. Wen Sui Hu, to build Shanghai‘s celebrity culture brand as an international cultural metropolis, to inherit Mr.Hu’s spirit, to advance and enrich the fine art of Chinese Calligraphy, and to promote cultural exchange, the organisers present a series of events:
